Hello Stonebrae Neighbors,

I hope you’re all enjoying the last stretch of summer here in our beautiful hillside community. As we move into fall, I’d like to share a few updates and reminders to keep everyone in the loop:

Welcoming Our New Landscaping Team: We’re excited to announce that AP Landscape will be joining Stonebrae in mid-September as our new landscape maintenance team! They’ll be focusing on keeping our shared spaces vibrant and well cared for, and we’re looking forward to the fresh energy they’ll bring. Please give AP Landscape a warm welcome as they get to know our community. As the new team settles in, please continue to share any areas that may need attention. Your feedback will help ensure a smooth transition and keep our neighborhood looking its best. Feedback can be directed to managerassistanthelp@actionlife.com.
Asphalt Sealcoat Project Complete: We recently finalized our asphalt sealcoat project—with only a few minor hiccups along the way. Thank you all for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
Looking Ahead: We’re exploring ideas for an upcoming community gathering. If you’d like to help plan or share your thoughts, we’d love to hear from you!
Local Fall Activities: A few fun events happening nearby that might be great for you, your family, or friends:
- All Abilities Play Day — Friday, September 5 at Mia’s Dream Park. A festive, inclusive afternoon of magic shows, music, food, and animal encounters, perfect for families and neighbors of all abilities. Hayward Rec & Park District
- 10K on the Bay — Saturday, September 13 along the Bay Trail. Join in for a 1-mile, 5 K, or 10 K walk or run with bay views—great for a morning outdoors, all ages welcome. Hayward Rec & Park District Let’s Do This
- Par-tee at Mission Hills Golf Course — Friday, September 26. A fun golf event for teens and beginners, including food, drinks, and free club/ball rentals. Hayward Rec & Park District

Friendly Reminders: Please remember to follow parking guidelines, leash pets in shared areas, and dispose of waste properly to help keep Stonebrae clean and inviting for everyone.
