Preparing for the Winter Season at Stonebrae
Posted By mlooper on October 15, 2025
As the winter season approaches, our team would like to take a moment to thank all Stonebrae residents for helping keep our community beautiful and well cared for throughout the year. With the colder months ahead, we encourage everyone to take a few proactive steps to ensure both your home and our shared community spaces remain safe and protected during the wet weather.
A few seasonal reminders:
- Inspect your gutters and downspouts to ensure they’re clear of leaves and debris — this helps prevent water pooling and roof leaks during heavy rain.
- Check outdoor drains and walkways around your property to keep them clear and reduce slip hazards.
- Secure outdoor furniture or decorations in anticipation of high winds.
- Stay cautious on community roads — winter rains can make the hilly terrain in Stonebrae slick. Please drive slowly and watch for pedestrians.
- Report any drainage issues, fallen branches, or landscape concerns to management promptly so we can coordinate a timely response with our maintenance partners.
The Association will also begin preparing for the season by inspecting storm drains, trimming vegetation near common areas, and ensuring emergency contact resources are ready in case of severe weather.
We appreciate your continued partnership in keeping Stonebrae safe, beautiful, and resilient through the changing seasons. Should you have any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests, please don’t hesitate to contact our management office — we’re always happy to assist.
Wishing everyone a safe, warm, and wonderful winter season!
Warm regards,
Action Property Management
