The Board and Management remain focused on maintaining community standards, supporting service providers, and responding to resident feedback regarding common area conditions and infrastructure performance.
🌿 Community Landscaping & Common Area Care
🌱 Resident feedback regarding common area landscaping continues to be received and reviewed.
The Association is actively working with its service providers to:
- Support ongoing landscape maintenance
- Review service consistency across the community
- Evaluate opportunities for improved site conditions
Additional review of long-term landscape planning and vendor performance remains ongoing.
🚪 Gates & Community Access Systems
🚗 Gate access and entry systems continue to experience periodic service issues.
The Board and management are working with service providers to:
- Improve system reliability
- Address repair needs as they arise
- Support continued safe and efficient community access
Updates will continue to be shared with residents via email as more information becomes available.

👥 Residents interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to submit candidate statements for the upcoming election cycle. Candidate statements are due by the end of the day on June 24, 2026.
Three (3) Board positions will be open as part of the upcoming Annual Meeting.
