Dear Stonebrae Residents,

Happy New Year! As we begin January 2026, we would like to share several important community updates, reminders, and upcoming items of interest.

🚧 Speed Bump Addition Proposal – Approved

We are pleased to inform residents that the speed bump addition proposal has been approved.

Six (6) new speed bump locations will be installed throughout the community.
These additions are intended to improve overall traffic safety and reduce speeding on residential roadways.
Installation locations and scheduling details will be communicated in advance once finalized.
Reference maps identifying the intended installation areas are provided below, with each proposed location marked by a pink “X.”

🎄 Holiday Décor & Seasonal Lighting Reminder

As a reminder, per the HOA’s temporary holiday resolution and community standards:

Holiday‑specific decorations (including themed yard décor and inflatables) must be removed within two weeks following the applicable holiday.

Your cooperation helps maintain the appearance and consistency of our community. If you have questions about compliance, please contact Management.
